We’re nearing the release date for End of the Road and we can hardly contain our excitement! In just two days, the thriller will be released on Netflix, and we can already tell this film will be the talk of the town.
End of the Road stars Queen Latifah as a recently widowed woman named Brenda who decides to go on a cross-country road trip with her kids and brother. But things quickly go south when they witness a brutal murder. Now Brenda must fight to protect her family from a mysterious killer who will stop at nothing to find them.
Besides Queen Latifah, the film also stars Ludacris, Beau Bridges, Mychala Faith Lee, Shaun Dixon, and Frances Lee McCain. Additionally, it was directed by Millicent Shelton from a screenplay written by David Loughery.

The thriller film will make its way to Netflix on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time, which is 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Of course, these times only apply to people living on the West Coast and East Coast of the U.S. If you live in the Midwest or follow the Central time zone, you’re looking at a release at 2:00 a.m. Central Time on Sept. 9.
As usual, it’s a late release. However, the movie’s not that long. It has a runtime of 1 hour and 29 minutes, so you should have no problem watching it and then heading to bed.
It’s rated R, meaning it may be inappropriate for ages 17 and under. It was given this age rating for some strong/bloody violence, drug use, sexual content, nudity, and profanity use. Overall, it contains content that is unsuitable for children and is meant to be watched by mature, adult audiences only.
