Upcoming Tamil movies on OTT platforms – India Today

By India Today Web Desk: Covid-19 pandemic has forced numerous Tamil filmmakers to broadcast their films on different OTT sites. While some movies opted to forgo the theatre and release straight on the top digital platforms, others became accessible to stream on various OTTs a few weeks following their theatrical debut.
List of upcoming Tamil movies released on OTT:
CADAVER:

The forensic thriller, which was directed by Anoop S. Panicker, centres on a surgeon who accepts a difficult case involving a few strange killings. The films, which also star Riythvika, Munishkanth, and Harish Uthaman, have Amala Paul as the star.
GARGI:

The story of the young woman in Gautham Ramachandran's film centres on her quest to free her father, who has been detained by police in connection with a rape case. In the films, Sai Pallavi portrays the lead role alongside RS Shivaji, Kaali Venkat, Saravanan, and Jayaprakash in supporting roles.

TAMILROCKERZ:

In the Arivazhagan-directed web series, Arun Vijay portrays the title character. Its protagonist is a police officer who sets out to apprehend a dreaded gang of tech-savvy criminals who like making pirated versions of new movies. You'll see Vani Bhojan, Iswarya Menon, and Azhagam Perumal portraying significant roles.
JIIVI 2:

The Jiivi sequel, directed by VJ Gopinath, is a box office success. In each of the parts which centre on a theft, Vtri and Karunakaran play key roles. The plot is around the strategies developed by two pals who commit a crime to protect themselves. Important parts are played by Rohini and Mime Gopi.
YAANAI:

Arun Vijay plays the protagonist in Hari's action-packed family drama, which also has Samuthirakani, Radhika Sarathkumar, Ammu Abhirami, and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles. The plot centres on a family guy who decides to exact revenge on a few crooks for destroying his family's happiness.
