The English Federation (FA) announced this Wednesday the penalty of eight months of suspension of any activity related to the soccer to the Brentford international striker ivan toney by breach the betting regulations.
Toney (27 years old) was indicted in november by the FA by 262 infractions to the regulation which prohibits professional footballers from participating in bets sports activities over a four-year period, from February 2017 to January 2021.
The FA acquitted him of 30 of those alleged breachesbut the footballer admitted the 232 remaining.
