However, Paramount hasn’t made any official announcements regarding the streaming service. Those interested in renting the film should keep an eye out for it.
The “Top Gun: Maverick” release date has been a topic of speculation for at least a year. At one point, Paramount had planned for the movie to release exclusively on its direct-to-consumer streaming service, Paramount+. However, Tom Cruise pushed back on that plan and said that he wanted a theatrical release and an emphasis on large-format and premium experiences.
Maverick is due for a physical release in November. This film is the ninth highest grossing film in the history of the domestic and global box office. The movie is a fan favorite and Tom Cruise shares the same passion for aviation as his on-screen counterpart.
