The movie is over two hours 40 minutes long, but the performances of the cast shine through in tight frames. In the end, 12th Man is a smart whodunit mystery that will leave you guessing whod it. However, if you’re a fan of Agatha Christie films, this film is not for you.
It is difficult to write about 12th man without giving away spoilers, but it is worth a look. Mohanlal does not disappoint. The film is not as predictable as many people might have thought it would be, with the exception of the star and the heroine, who are clearly two dimensional. While the film is not a masterpiece, it does hold the promise of a fun-filled movie experience.
