As Many Criticized HYBE For Their Defense Of Kim Garam, Another Former Schoolmate Posted A Testimony About What Kim Garam’s Alleged Bullying Was Like In Middle School.
Kim Garam LE SSERAFIM has been the talk of the town lately with accusations of bullying or bullying at school. A post on Nate Pann allegedly written by the idol’s school friend is now in the spotlight.
As many criticized HYBE for their defense of Kim Garam, another former schoolmate posted a testimony about what Kim Garam’s alleged bullying was like in middle school. This netizen confirmed the existence of bullying.
“I’m Kim Garam’s schoolmate and I ended up joining the dance team because Kim Garam said we should do it together. There were two first year kids in dance class and of course, it was Kim Garam glaring at them. There was a kid named HI and he got the wrong formation a few times so [Garam] said, ‘HI-ah, if you keep making mistakes like this and harming other people then just walk away. They only chose you because there is still room left.’While he was busy laughing at it with his friends, HI would of course say he apologizes again and [Garam] will hear it and say nonsense like ‘What do you mean sorry LOL that’s a joke,'” the netizen said.
He continued, “There were many moments where the atmosphere was ruined by Kim Garam and there wasn’t much time left for the One Heart Festival where we had to perform so someone suggested in the group chat that we should increase our practice from twice a week to four times and Kim Garam said, ‘Who is this good for? We’re not performing at a big festival so is this just your pride as captain?’ I was dumbfounded and wanted to say something but I didn’t.”
Regarding Kim Garam changing schools, he revealed, “And it’s true that he moved here in his first year because of a forced transfer. The dance team members sat in a circle to try to get close to each other and introduced themselves and said our TMI and he proudly said, ‘ Kids, do you know why I moved here?’ So everyone guessed, ‘Because you moved…?’ but Kim Garam covered his face with his hands and laughed and said, ‘No, it’s because I hit someone LOL.’ Everyone’s faces are like ??? (astonished) while Kim Garam laughs at himself. He said he will become an idol now so he corrected his attitude but who knows he will actually debut… When he entered HYBE and got the news that his debut was confirmed , she brings snacks for HI and apologizes. I think there was another kid she was chatting with in class so she also apologized to her… that’s all. It’s true that he bullied someone but HYBE gives the victim a second hit? I’ve never been scolded by Kim Garam, but I just wanted to let people know that his actions were very bad.”
Screenshots of the comments that Kim Garam allegedly mentioned in the group chat are included as evidence. “Garamie” (Kim Garam) said, “Besides it’s not like we’re going to be performing at a big festival… Who is this good for, for us to practice four times? Keke.”
To verify the account further, other netizens dug up an old post from the dance team of Kim Garam Middle School, Kyungin Middle School. The post mentions the One Heart Festival and lists HI in the year involved.
Hello! This is Kyungin Middle School Garnet. Today we have prepared a performance for the morning show of the One Heart Festival. Thank you to those who came even though they were early. Third graders couldn’t practice much because it was exam time so there were a few things missing there but please take good care of us!” So wrote the Kyungin Middle School dance team.
The highlighted sections for “UH-OH” include the name Kim Garam in the second year as well as Jang Hye In in the first year. The account from his former school friend convinced netizens that Kim Garam was indeed involved in some form of violence at school. HYBE has not spoken about the new allegations so far.
