Despite Dominating Netflix Global, ‘The Pirates 2’ Has The Following Drawbacks. The Acting Of Han Hyo Joo, Kang Ha Neul, Lee Kwang Soo, Et Al Is Considered To Have Saved The Event

Currently ” The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure ” or ” The Pirates 2 ” is dominating the list of the most popular movies on Netflix. In Indonesia alone, the film, starring Han Hyo Joo , Kang Ha Neul , Lee Kwang Soo , and Sehun EXO is ranked 1st as of Wednesday (9/3).

According to chart site FlixPatrol, “The Pirates 2” ranks 3rd in the global Netflix movie category. While the film is in the top 10 in the overall category in Brazil, France, Hong Kong, Romania, Singapore, South Korea and Switzerland.

“The Pirates 2” itself tells the story of a group of pirates who sailed the ocean in search of the treasure left by the Goryeo royal family that disappeared without a trace. Hae Rang (Han Hyo Joo) as a pirate captain and ship owner who works closely with former bandit gang leader Wu Mu Chi (Kang Ha Neul). Hae Rang’s group must face off against rival Bu Heung Su ( Kwon Sang Woo ) in search of treasure.

Following its worldwide popularity, “The Pirates 2″ was not without criticism. A Korean blogger gave a review of the film considered a sequel to ” The Pirates ” starring Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil . However since they are no longer together, all the cast is changed to create a new story.

Overall, the plot, process, and editing are considered less smooth because it was originally planned as a sequel to the previous film. By adopting a completely new story, the relationship between characters and the description of the past is considered insufficient. If the main characters in the previous film appeared, it seems that these shortcomings can be overcome.

When compared to the previous film, “The Pirates 2” shows a fairly wide and ambiguous gap between the main and supporting characters. Previous films are considered to provide screen space and utilize the individual charms of the characters appropriately.

However, these shortcomings can be saved with the extraordinary talent of Han Hyo Joo cs. In particular, Han Hyo Joo managed to create a new image as an actress with charismatic actions. In addition, Kang Ha Neul and Lee Kwang Soo’s funny acting invites laughter throughout the film.

However, Kwon Sang Woo’s acting as a villain is less intense, although it is still acceptable. In addition, it is unfortunate that the setting and use of weapons, costumes and ships are considered to be even better.

In conclusion, “The Pirates 2″ can be used as an alternative if you want a show full of laughter and fun. Even the Korean version of the film ” The Pirates of Caribbean ” can be enjoyed like watching ” Running Man “.
