Netflix has made fans even more curious by releasing footage of the ” Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area ” scene. This time, the cooperation of Park Hae Soo cs in robbing new money was shown along with the efforts of outsiders to try to stop them.
“Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” is an adaptation of the famous Spanish series “Money Heist” which successfully shook the world for five seasons. The drama takes place on the Korean Peninsula as South and North Korea approach their future peace.
Is the Professor, played by Yoo Ji Tae , an enigmatic figure who gathers a group of skilled thieves. The professor’s big goal is to rob new cash straight from his warehouse. The group of robbers will only know each other by code in the form of the names of cities in the world.
The newly revealed stills contain the tension between a group of robbers while committing a crime. On the other hand, there is the joint Korean Peninsula security team trying to stop them from breaking into the money-making factory.
The genius robbers from two Koreas, including Berlin (Park Hae Soo) who escaped from the North Gaecheon prison camp and Denver ( Kim Ji Hoon ) who is a street fighter, gather around the Professor. This group of robbers is ready to face the robbery drama that is recorded as a revolution in the history of crime.
The swarms of robbers were enjoying the feeling of excitement after seeing the new currency piled up, raising the curiosity of the viewers. With the existing robbery, the identity of the new currency whether to be strengthened the two Koreas.
Writer Ryu Young Jae said, “I want this to be a story about robbers who seem to have participated for money, finding desperate reasons to continue their survival.”
On the other hand, the mixed gazes of South Korean negotiator Seon Woo Jin ([c-Kim Yu Jin]) and North Korean special agent Cha Mu Hyeok ( Kim Seong Oh ) join forces to stop the professor’s men. Ryu Young Jae specifically wanted to show the process of unifying Korean power represented by their way of fighting robbery.
Viewers’ expectations are heightened by an image in which the usually calm Professor seems to be dragged into a panic, referring to a money factory situation where robbery faces obstacles. The robbers also showed hostility to each other and the hostage was injured.
Meanwhile, “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” will be released on June 24. That is only the first part, while the second part has not been announced when it will air.
