Netflix’s hit series ” Squid Game ” will be turned into a reality show with fantastic prizes. Interestingly, this event can be attended by anyone from all over the world who can speak English.
On Tuesday (14/6), Netflix announced that it would launch a new reality show entitled “Squid Game: The Challenge”. This is the biggest reality series with the biggest prizes ever.
The format of the show is similar to the “Squid Game” plot where there will be 456 competitors facing off for 10 episodes. The final winner of the competition will win the grand prize of 4.56 million dollars (approximately IDR 67.2 billion).
The contestants will participate in the childhood games featured on “Squid Game” as well as some new games added by Netflix. Anyone from all over the world who can speak English is welcome to register at the following link .
But of course the ending of each participant will be different from the original “Squid Game” plot. In contrast to the risk of death like in the drama, participants who failed during the competition would only go home empty-handed.
Brandon Riegg, senior vice president at Netflix stated, “The exciting story and symbolic image of director Hwang Dong Hyuk’s ‘Squid Game’ (created) captivated the whole world. We will turn this fictional world into reality.”

Meanwhile, Netflix has announced the continuation of “Squid Game 2” through its official social media. The two actors confirmed to appear are Lee Jung Jae and Lee Byung Hun , while Gong Yoo is likely to return as a man in a suit.
